how to add current Date or Time in MS Excel with keyboard shortcut key

I am managing my reporting and some other stuff in Microsoft Excel and I am use to use keyboard a lot during my work. I know this is not a worth sharing thing but I am only writing for newbies. Well here are the shortcut keys that you are looking for.

  1. Current Time of System           :-                  Ctrl  +  Shift + :  (colon key)
  2. Current Date of System            :-                  Ctrl  + Shift +  ;  (semi colon key)
All you need to press all these keys together and date & time are in your wish cells. hope this little post help you.
